Communication Through the Global Village

Through the development of technology, the world has become a more universal space, allowing for individuals from all over the world to communicate and connect with one another. The telegraph was the start of this technological shift, where there was a dramatic change in the world perception of the way information travelled over distances and the standardisation of time and space.
